We believe in honoring the flag and protecting your expectations too.
By purchasing any AutoFlag® product or service, you agree to the following terms.

• 3-Year Limited Warranty: AutoFlag® devices include a 3-year limited warranty. If a defect occurs, we will repair or replace the unit. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, storms, or unauthorized modifications, but it does cover units that underperform under normal use.
• Hardware Returns: 30-day return window. Product must be unused and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Subscription Policy: Annual SaaS Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
• Installation Services: Once scheduled, installations are non-refundable. Please ensure your flagpole is ready for installation before your scheduled appointment.

Please review the following safety information carefully:

AutoFlag® makes a solar-powered, Wi-Fi-connected flag device with ropes, batteries, metal hardware, and moving parts. That means:

• Ropes can be a tripping or choking hazard. Please install responsibly. Don't let kids or dogs near it while it's in motion.
• Battery-powered devices carry a potential heat or fire hazard. Do not leave your device in the sun without the solar panel connected properly, and never puncture or disassemble the battery.
• Electrical components and metal parts create a risk of shock. Do not install during lightning storms or while standing in water.
• AutoFlag® is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage caused by improper use, installation, or acts of God.

By purchasing and/or using AutoFlag®, you agree to waive all liability against AutoFlag®, its team, affiliates, and its Visionary, Phil.
